Masters in Performance
Masters in Performance are so much more than final recitals at the end of an academic year. For the young soloists of Kronberg Academy, they are an emotional highlight filled with tension and anticipation, excitement and artistic determination.
With demanding programmes, the musicians face an examination panel – and, at the same time, the most important jury of all: their audience. Those who listen will experience outstanding concerts in which the aim is not merely to be assessed, but to move, convince and inspire.
Every round of applause matters – and stays with them.
Rousing graduation concerts
The concert programmes are put together by the young musicians themselves and contain highlights of the sonata literature as well as virtuoso showpieces and expressive compositions from the 20th and 21st centuries.
Examination recitals
All concerts take place in the intimate atmosphere of the Carl Bechstein Hall, and offer opportunities to meet the outstanding young players during concert intervals.
