You can purchase tickets for Kronberg Academy events in various ways. The easiest way is to order online via our website.

Alternatively, you can also purchase your tickets from our ticket office: in person, by telephone or by e-mail.

You will receive your tickets for self-printing (print@home) or digitally (mobile ticket). A processing fee of €1.80 is charged for each online booking. For orders placed via the ticket office, we charge €3 per order.

Please note that for safety reasons, children under the age of 14 are not allowed to sit in the gallery (even if accompanied).

Accessibility
Seats for wheelchair users are available. Please reserve these by calling our ticket office.
Wheelchair spaces are reserved exclusively until 5 days before the event. After that, they may go on general sale.
People with impaired hearing can make use of an inductive hearing system in the Great Hall.

We maintain a waiting list for all Kronberg Academy events, which you are welcome to join. Should the requirements for events change and visitor capacities increase as a result, we will be happy to get in touch with you.

Remaining tickets are sold at the box office one hour before the concert begins. Pupils, students (up to the age of 27), trainees and young people in voluntary services (FSJ, FÖJ, BFD) as well as severely disabled people from 80% (GdB) receive a 50% discount on almost all events on presentation of their ID card

Half day 10,- € (no discount, without RMV)
Full day 18,- € (no reduction, incl. RMV)

Pupils, students, trainees and young people doing voluntary work (FSJ, FÖJ, BFD) receive visitor tickets free of charge after prior booking.

Visitor tickets are available at the respective venues during ongoing events. Please note that space is limited in the Opper Gallery (Streitkirche), the Receptur and the Small Audition Room (Casals Forum).

We kindly ask you to be present about 15 minutes before the start of the programme. We ask for your understanding that it is only possible to enter and leave the event during a class break.

Vouchers

There is no entitlement to return or exchange tickets. Changes to the cast or programme do not entitle the holder to return tickets. Only in the event of a general cancellation of an event will the purchase price be refunded within a period of two months on presentation of the tickets at the ticket office. If an event already in progress has to be cancelled, no refund can be granted.

We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, cast, time or venue for any of our events. We endeavour to always present the most up-to-date information on this website. Please also note our notices at the venues.

Image and sound recordings of any kind by the ticket holder are not permitted – even for private use.

In the case of image and sound recordings authorised by Kronberg Academy (e.g. for the press, radio or television), the ticket holder agrees to the possible depiction or recording of his/her person.
