Brazilian cellist Jaques Morelenbaum and his trio trace a musical arc through the history of bossa nova — from its roots to the present day. Alongside works of their own, the programme features classics by Jobim, Gilberto, Veloso, and others, as well as music by a new generation of composers.
A tribute to Antônio Carlos Jobim, the founder of bossa nova, on the occasion of his 100th birthday in 2027.
