New Principal Subject Faculty at Kronberg Academy

The oratorio will be preceded by an approximately five-minute prologue for narrator and orchestra, based on a text by Elie Wiesel about the prophet Elijah. Students from Altkönigschule Kronberg, Bischof-Neumann-Schule Königstein, and the Department of Art and Design at August-Bebel-Schule Offenbach will present their artistic interpretations of the prophet in the foyer of the Casals Forum.

With the start of the new academic year in October, Kronberg Academy welcomes two outstanding musicians as new principal subject teachers: Jens Peter Maintz  (cello) and Nils Mönkemeyer  (viola) will join the faculty of the Academy’s study programmes.

In addition, the Academy will further strengthen its collaboration with Kirill Gerstein  (piano), with a particular focus on duo coaching and chamber music.
