Chamber
Music Connects
the World

9 ‒ 19 May 2024

Oh, the beauty and power of chamber music! It leads us directly to the very soul of music.

Especially when 30 of the world’s best up-and-coming talents meet with the great musicians of our time to explore selected works, note by note, and make them dazzle. After all, what’s the best way to learn from our role models? By making music with them, of course. This has happened biennially in Kronberg for the past 24 years. And on every occasion it is an experiment that brings happiness to all involved – including those of us lucky enough to witness the open rehearsals and concerts.

Want to see how music is made? Then come to the Casals Forum!

With the Seniors Gary Hoffman (cello), Gidon Kremer (violin), Enrico Pace (piano), Miklós Perényi (cello), Lawrence Power (viola), Sir András Schiff (piano) and Antje Weithaas (violin), as well as 30 talented Juniors from all over the world.

Works by Mozart, Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Schumann, Brahms, Dvořák and others.
