Tabea Zimmermann (Viola) unfortunately has to withdraw.Ettore Causa (Viola) will perform the concerts on May 10 & 12 (program remains unchanged), and Pinchas Zukerman (Violin & Viola) will take over the concert on May 15. The program will change to Beethoven’s “Kakadu” Variations op. 121a and Mendelssohn’s String Quintet No. 2 instead of Taneyev’s Piano Quintet in G minor op. 30. Additionally, Benjamin Kruithof (Violoncello) will join the festival as a “Junior”. We are very grateful for their willingness to step in at short notice.
