The data are not merged with other data sources.

Our website makes use of “cookies” in several places. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, more effective and safer to use. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer and stored by your browser. They do not damage your computer and contain no viruses.

You can prevent the use of cookies by adjusting your browser settings. You can find out exactly how to do that by consulting the instructions provided by your browser provider. If you change your settings, however, you may not be able to use all website functionalities.

Piwik analysis software

Our website uses Piwik, an open source software that allows the statistical analysis of visitor access. Piwik uses cookies (see above) that enable us to analyse website use. For that purpose, the usage information (including your shortened IP address) generated by the cookie is transmitted to our server and stored for the purpose of analysing website use, which helps us to optimise our website. Your IP address is immediately anonymised to ensure that you cannot be identified. Information on your use of the website generated by the cookies is not disclosed to third parties.

If you do not wish to consent to these data on your visit being stored and analysed, you can opt out of storage and use at any time by a simple mouse click. Your browser will then save an “opt-out cookie”, which prevents Piwik from collecting any session data. NB: If you delete your cookies, you also delete the opt-out cookie and may need to reactivate it.

Our website can generally be used without supplying any personal data. If our contact forms ask for personal data (e.g. your name, address or email address), as far as possible this information is provided voluntarily. These personal data are used only to enable us to respond to your enquiry and for related technical administration purposes. No data are disclosed to third parties.

You are legally entitled at any time to withdraw, with future effect, the consent given when you send the form. In that case, your personal data are deleted immediately. Your personal data are also deleted immediately without the need for you to withdraw your consent as soon as we have dealt with your enquiry.  This also applies when data storage is prohibited for other legal reasons.
